in this way, jane eyre grew up in solitude. she was poor, short, and not very impressive, but with a strong, noble heart, she was proud of herself and became a tutor. the owner of the family was very gentle and he was so kind to jane that they soon fell in love with each other. however, when they really loved each other, jane found the owner and wife, jane eyre unwilling to become a mistress, she left sadly. later, the host was killed in the fire because his mad wife set fire to the manor, and his master was blind as a result. when the host was desperate and lonely, jane eyre returned to the host's side. after all the hardships, they finally won the most sincere and precious love.
how can you see the rainbow without the wind and rain? this is a true portrayal of jane eyre. she has gone through ups and downs, and finally won the most sincere love. the book has a striking contrast between the beginning and the end of the book, and highlights the point that if you put in effort and sweat, there will always be good results. from a little girl to a slim girl, jane eyre, the only constant is good, strong and confident. she takes a heart gao jie, maintaining self-esteem of female image, loved by readers, which is one of the reasons for this book for one hundred years the unfailing.

英文版书的读后感篇2
before reading this novel, someone tells me it is very interesting, so i started to read this book with expectation and curiosity. and after iwas through with it, i was full of respect to the author.
the novel described a girl, called dorothy, was blew into an unfamiliar land which was far away from her hometown. then she tried to find the way home and finally she made it. during her journey, she experienced a lot.
to be honest, the author is really full of intelligence. his thought is so special that the plots are absolutely beyond my imagination. but it didn't surprise me when dorothy killed a wicked witch by accident, because every novel could start a story with such unusual coincidence. however, the next happened were really out of my expectation. first of all, dorothy's comrades were deadfully strange. for example, the scarecrow could speak ,walk and think, it is surprising, after all, his head was stuffed with straw, and just with eyes , nose as well as mouth painted on it to represent a face. it was even more surprising when changed new straws, he was still himself. he went to find the great oz because he wanted the great oz to give him some brain so that he wouldn't be laughed at by others and could do anying like a real man.the second was tin woodman, and his experiences were miserable. he fell in love with a beautiful girl and worked hard for their marriage, but the wicked with wanted to take them apart, so she cut off his legs ,arms head and heart one by one through using her magic. however, he was rescued by tinsmith, who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. so he was urgent to get a new heart. the third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined dorothy to get some courage.who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. so he was urgent to get a new heart. the third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined dorothy to get some courage.who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. so he was urgent to get a new heart. the third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined dorothy to get some courage.
the most wonderful thing beyond my thought was the great oz. it was said he was so great that was capable of doing everything.but actually, he was a humbug.this really disappointed them, because their wishes might not be satisfied. however, the humbug managed it because he knew they have already got what they wanted during the journey. here were some evidences. when every time they met trouble, it was scarecrow that came up with good ideas and helped them out; when every time they met monstrous beasts , it was the lion that stepped ahead and protected them. besides, the tin woodman was the one who was always kind to small animals and was sure to cry when he saw others' misery. the only they didn't obtain was confidence. so the humbug gave them confidence by using tricks.
there are some sentences i want to share with you:"no matter how dreary and gray our homes are, we people of flesh and blood would rather live there than in any other country,be it ever so beautiful. there is no place like home ." "experience is the only thing that brings knowledge and the longer you are on earth the more experience you are sure to get." "there is no living thing that is not afraid when it faces danger. the true courage is in facing danger when you are afraid."
this book really worth reading.
英文版书的读后感篇3
recently, i have reading the book "jane eyre". although i forgot some details in the book, jane gave me deeply impression, i admire her very much.
after that the teacher also told us to put the play in to a movie, and then we all can touch each hero's soul in the book. the play it mainly tell us how jane is growing up when suffering from great difficulties and painless. what's more, it is impressed me that she still love her master even if he is blind at last due to rescue his mad wife. and i like the classic lines what jane said to mr. rochester:"do you think i can stay to become nothing to you?
do you think i am an automaton?--a machine without feelings? and can bear to have my morsel of bread snatched from my lips, and my drop of living water dashed from my cup? do you think, because i am poor, obscure, plain, and little, i am soulless and heartless? you think wrong!--i have as much soul as you,--and full as much heart! and if god had gifted me with some beauty and much weh, i should have made it as hard for you to leave me, as it is now for me to leave you.
i am not talking to you now through the medium of custom, conventionalities, nor even of mortal flesh;--it is my spirit that addresses your spirit; just as if both had passed through the grave, and we stood at god's feet, equal,--as we are!" its so beautiful, jane is a girl who will never lose confidence in life and always sensible when handling with some motional problems.
jane was huge in my heart. she can control her life and fate. she knew how to continue her life and she got it!
maybe after what she told me i have known that what love is and how to love and to be loved! the book is a book worth of reading, so all in all let's enjoy it!
英文版书的读后感篇4
people say, "little prince" is a fairy tale written to adults, to adults who dont want to grow up. love, loneliness, anxiety, attachment to life and irony of the world. all these things can only be understood after growing up. in the three stage of life, three read the little prince, three thoughts. in a hurry, i thought i was still the child who was going to travel around the world. now i look back and find that i have long gone. i only left a shadow in the same year.
i wish i had never read it, but the magic of time was so magical that i had left the frost on my face when i was not aware; i wish i had never read it, but all the way, those people and things had already branded them in my heart. in the end, i can only hope that i will not become the most annoying look that i am becoming an adult, and i will always have a little prince in my heart.
英文版书的读后感篇5
i believe that one of the factors that makes a piece of literature or even a movie a masterpiece is how well the reader can relate to the story. this is definitely a book everyone can relate to.
the adventures of tom sawyer is a literary masterpieces, written in 1876 by the famous author mark twain. tom sawyer is a mischievous young boy who lives in the small town on the mississippi river called st. petersburg. the story line is simple, the book reads like a biography or a memoir of a summer in tom sawyer's life.
tom sawyer seems to be the precursor of and the template for misfit kids such as dennis the menace, malcolm in the middle, and calvin and hobbs. what makes this story great is that tom sawyer represents everything that is great about childhood. the book is filled with tom's adventures playing pirates and war with his friend joe harper. tom has a trusted friend, huck finn, who few of the adults approve of. the book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. it is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. the whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did during their childhood.
the book is a little difficult to read at first. personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. other than referring to persons of african decent in derogatory terms (which i'm sure uses terms even young children already know), the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages. i highly recommend this book for anyone looking to feel young again, if just for a few hundred pages.
